“FED Business 101″ — Lee Wells at M* corporate has a federal team on another account that needed assistance with Federal knowledge as their client was not happy. Lee asked Michelle for assistance and Michelle got Blake Hunsaker and the PS team involved. Blake began the project by answering the top FAQ from Lee’s team .. and developed the “Fed Business 101″ template – which can be leveraged further within the HP sales space as well as other MarketStar teams.

This note is long overdue.  Whatever the euphemism, Dan Wilson has been a calm harbor to work with through the Deal Registration storm.  Dan took on this little thing called “Deal Registration” which exploded into another full time job in addition to his current position last year.  Since then, Dan has demonstrated the perfect balance to ensure partner, HP rep and HP program stakeholder satisfaction.

In addition, Dan has lead this team to support Deal Registration to the utmost efficiency.  With everything on their plate, they have been responsive and properly responsive to deal registration escalations. (more…)

HISTORY

In early January the English Language Center of Cache Valley Utah approached us for help in getting a 20 seat computer lab for English and basic computer instruction. There was a very small budget to work with and the most basic desktop configuration was putting us over that budget for 20 seats. It was around this same time HP announced the MultiSeat product which seemed to be a perfect fit for this customer.

 1)       In the last one week, the Federal Reps along with Manager Blake Hunsaker shared a call with Sue Canada (Smart Quote Manager) and her counterparts Bonnie Hansen & Lisa Schultz.  Chris Edwards, John Trimming & Blake Hunsaker were able to innovate the wording that is in the confirmation e-mail for a Smart Quote

2)      Public Sector ISR Plans – Each member of the Public Sector team made it a team goal to proactively engage with the Conway Public Sector ISR’s with a purpose.  Showing the MarketStar value of how we can align partners skills sets with their end user’s needs.  We have been able to build those relationship and in a few cases even brought leads to our partners.   (more…)

Citric Acid has a team full of innovative members!  The Team consists of Ashley Mckean, Seth Lytle, Scott Mcconnell, Jessica Simon, Eric Izant, Jonathan Harris, Essi Adzitso, Dave Horchem, and Michelle Gunter. They have proven their successful innovative actions with their work.  On a daily basis they identify the process that partners have to take, and do their best at simplifying it and finding the best and quickest way partners can accomplish that task.  Through innovative actions, they in turn show they are client focused.

 Most of Citric Acid is a part of the Partner Operations Support Team (POST).  Ever member strives to assist partners in creating new partner relations with their sales reps is a new and better approach in assisting partners.  They send up opportunity sales lead notices daily to sales reps or the SMB Team for unassigned partners.  This has improved the established process by turning the cost center into a profit center.
